In 2019, KD partnered with the international airline to promote their new program for young adults. United told Kevin that his online presence and travel photography would be perfect for the #MyUnitedJourney campaign, so he accepted the opportunity.
On his instagram he shared via story and a post, how to sign up with their program to benefit from the discount. His demographic aligned with the target audience, and followers sent him screenshots of them using the discount shortly after he posted.
In 2020, following the success of the first collaboration, United proposed another campaign for KD. In this campaign, Kevin used a photo from his United sponsored trip to Hawaii to remind his followers how to save money on spring break as a college student. He also supplied the airlines with ten images that he photographed for them to use on their social media channels.
